A pair is not right for you? You have 14 days to send it back. Here is how, simply.

In short

14 days after receipt to request a return.

The pair must be unworn, in the condition in which you received it.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

The refund is issued within 7 days after we receive and check the pair.

Return conditions

Your request reaches us within 14 days of receiving your order.
The pair has not been worn. You may of course try it on at home, as you would in a shop.
It comes back to us in the condition in which you received it, with its accessories.
It is sent back in its original packaging or in packaging that protects it just as well.

How to proceed

Write to us at contact@secondaura.fr with your order number.
We confirm the return and send you the return address.
Send the pair back within 14 days of your request. We recommend tracked and insured shipping: the pair travels at your risk until we receive it.
On receipt, we check the pair and issue the refund.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

For a return from a country outside the European Union, state on the customs declaration that the parcel is returned goods. Any duties and taxes related to this return remain your responsibility.

Refund

We refund the price of the pair, using the payment method used for the order, no later than 7 days after receiving and checking the pair.

If the pair comes back worn or damaged, the refund may be reduced in proportion to its loss of value.

Damaged pair or not as described

If the pair arrived damaged or does not match its description, write to us within 48 hours with a few photos. We will then find a solution with you and, if a return is necessary, we will cover it, in accordance with the legal guarantees.
